White Lake Hazardous Waste Day- Saturday, April 8th
White Lake residents can drop-off hazardous waste at this event held at Alpine Valley.

Annual Meeting
The Annual meeting for homeowners and residents will be held at Houghton Elementary on May 18th, from 6:30pm to 7:45pm. We will begin promptly at 6:30pm. The tentative agenda will be posted here the Friday before the meeting.

FBCA Annual Garage Sale 2026
Thursday, May 28th - Saturday, May 30th.
Residents are welcome to host other sales during the summer, but these are the dates for the annual sub-wide sale. Signs will be posted at the subdivision entrances for this event.
Neighborhood Concern or Suggestion?
Have a neighborhood concern or suggestion that you'd like to share with the FBCA Board? Complete this FBCA Concern Form, and get a response for a volunteer board member within 5 business days.
Fox Bay Road Committee Updates:
Construction of the roads on the east side of the subdivision was completed in 2024. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Oakland County Road Commission.
The Fox Bay Civic Association does NOT have an active role in road maintenance, nor repaving. Thank you for understanding!
